2. General Policy Overview
As our services are provided electronically and are non-tangible in nature, they are not eligible for traditional returns. However, this policy provides a framework for handling cancellations, non-delivery of services, and requests for refunds under certain conditions.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility is based on the following criteria:
- Cancellations Before Service Commencement: If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase AND before any access to services is granted, a full refund will be issued.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If CodEvo Solutions fails to provide the purchased service (e.g., access to the internship or certification is not granted within the agreed timeframe), a full refund is eligible.
- Technical Issues on Our Side: If technical issues caused by CodEvo Solutions prevent service usage and remain unresolved, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be issued if the intern fails to meet the requirements for receiving a certificate (e.g., non-completion of tasks, unsatisfactory evaluations).
- No refunds are granted due to personal reasons (e.g., inability to allocate time, lack of interest after purchase).
- User-side technical issues such as slow internet or device incompatibility will not be grounds for a refund.
5. Refund Request Process

- Purchase date
- Order/Invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
Once received, we will review your case and respond within 7-14 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:
- Technical issues are only partially resolved and some, but not all, of the service is provided.
- Significant delays occurred in delivering the service, but it was eventually provided.
